Heather Abbot Hilditch

Heather Abbot Hilditch is passionate about healthy living. She has competed in triathlons, she attended Loyola University on a Basketball scholarship, and is avid Buckeye Fan!  She resides in Delaware, Ohio with her two active sons. She enjoys spending her free time playing basketball with her boys, taking boat rides on Buckeye Lake, and staying active doing fun adventures.  Heather is committed to helping her clients achieve higher levels of physical and spiritual well-being through Massage Therapy.

 

 

Training

 

Heather Abbot Hilditch has been a licensed massage therapist since 2000. In 1997, Heather received a BA for Speech Pathology from Loyola University of Baltimore, Maryland. But she soon realized that her true passion was in Massage Therapy and started 1998. Heather graduated from Massage Away, Inc., currently called the American Institute of Alternative Medicine, located in Worthington, Ohio. Heather was trained in Neuromuscular Therapy by leading expert Earle Timberlake. Learned Isolated Stretching from Aaron Mattes. Received training in Cranial Sacral Therapy I and II from Ken Dipersio.  And also became a Reiki master under the training of Alice Drew-Yoder.

Experience

 

Heather began her career at Bexley Chiropractic with Dr. Kohl providing medical massage for patients. She later went on to be a master Massage Therapist for Charles Penzone Family Salons for 9 years. She then provided gentle touch massage for patients of Heartland Hospice for 5 years. Currently, she has 10 years going for her business Good Habbot Massage Therapy.  That is 25 years of experience working in various massage therapy settings! She is grateful for all the amazing experiences and the people she has met along the way to make her who she is today!
